When doing press for Baywatch, Daddario was asked about how she got in shape for the film. She tells Muscle and Fitness that she picked up weight training. "I started working out with Patrick Murphy, this amazing trainer in Los Angeles. The weight training helped me feel stronger, especially in my back, which didn't hurt as much. Women should look into it if they haven't before."

Daddario makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her favorite meals and snacks with Muscle and Fitness. "Salads, fish, and rice, especially before a workout," Daddario says. "I keep Lara bars in my purse. I also love avocados. I'll cut one in half, put some olive oil and salt on it—that's a healthy and filling snack."

At the beginning of 2022, Daddario opened up about her wellness to Forbes. She says that she wants to go easier on herself. "I am heading into the new year with a plan to be easier on myself and just have fun. I want to take full advantage of all the special moments this year, and cheers-ing to each one with only the best of the best dirty martinis. That was how I started the New Year: celebrating with a sexy, homemade Grey Goose martini. I bought these incredible vintage-inspired martini glasses from a little store in downtown LA and I love to serve my martinis in them, with an extra olive for good measure."

In her Forbes interview, Daddario talked about the effect the pandemic had on her. She opened up about what it was like to work during this time. She says that she had a lot of supportive people around her. "I was lucky to have such wonderful people around me, we lifted each other up when times got tough. Sometimes we would just get out of the house and go for a drive, we would make little fun videos, we would cry to each other, listen to each other, and love each other. That and accepting that you're not always going to feel good and that's ok."

Daddario has amazing skin. She shared some of her biggest tips with Forbes. "I ALWAYS take my makeup off," she says. "Maybe once a year, I will forget or fall asleep on the couch before I manage to get ready for bed properly. I love Vintner's Daughter Botanical Serum—it has saved my skin."
