HOLLYWOOD, CA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — John Mayer has cancelled the remaining shows on his European tour due to an undisclosed illness according to a statement posted on Mayer’s website.

Mayer played a sold-out show in Copenhagen, but was forced to cancel the second night at the venue, and all European shows thereafter, including two sold-out shows in Amsterdam. Mayer is returning stateside to make a full recovery under doctor’s supervision and begin touring the US as scheduled on July 16 in Charlotte, NC.
