US actor and Mr ‘I’m getting too old for this sh*t’ Danny Glover is in Nigeria to play the lead in the Ebola inspired movie ’93 days’.
The movie chronicles the actions of the dedicated personnel who fought tooth and nail, sometimes at the expense of their lives, to stop the spread of the dreaded Ebola pandemic when it hit Nigeria towards the end of last year.
Nigeria was one of the greatest successes in the fight against the virus, with rapid response leading to the eradication of the virus much quickly than in any of the other West African nations that suffered the pandemic.
Veteran Hollywood star, Tim Reid, as well as other A-list actors from Nigeria have been cast in certain roles for the movie.
The movie is directed by Steve Gukas, and produced by Bolanle Austen-Peters, Dotun Olakunri and Steve Gukas.
